We are a family company specialized since 3 generations in the creation, development and manufacture of customized metal accessories for bag and garment.
We work from your drawing and we study, develop and produce original items on demand.
Our expertise, skills and experience enable us to give you advise and guide you, and thus be a privileged supplier of the largest bag and garment brands.
We manage your prokect from creation to delivery of the finished item.

Development, rapid prototyping & small production
Our French workshop
We have a workshop with all the necessary machines (3D printer, CNC machine 3-axles & 5-axles lathe, milling machine, drill & tool for manual working) to realize very quickly prototypes or small quantities brass production for the collection shows or special event.
We can make a mirror polished finish (done manually) and also provide the finishing/plating (subcontracting). We can also make ingraving.
PRODUCTION
We ensure the production of your items in small, medium or large quantities.
We work with 2 Asian partner since more than 10 years.
We make your items in Zamak (injection), Brass (injection & punching), Stainless Steel or Aluminum (injection).
We also work « Lucite » (plactic) to make associations with the metal.
Our polishing is manual and we make hanging plating.
We offer all traditional coatings (Nickel, Light Gold, Gold, Gun, Brass, Black, Pink Gold ...) and also luxurious thickness one (Palladium 0,5μ, Gold 0,5μ, "IP" Finishing ...).
Quality controls are carried out at every stage of the production process.
Our products comply with REACH registration and Proposition 65 for Lead and Cadmium.
We can also make Nickel Fee finishing for items in contact with the skin.

Customer drawing
Meeting to determine customer needs, understand the spirit and identity of the brand.
Computer modelization
We make a 2D & 3D drawing.
Prototyping
We make a wax prototype to allow customer to check all the sizes and volume.
Mould & 1st ijnection
Manufacturing of a steel mould. Control of the first injected item.
Production
Production high-temperature injection. Manual polishing. Quality control of raw parts.
Palting
Hanging plating & Epoxy lacquer
Quality Control
Salt Spray Test & Control plating thickness. Quality control of finished items
Delivery
Shipping in France in our workshops for a new quality control. End delivery to our customers.
